Our onsite support is billed by the hour, remote support is billed by the half hour. There is no call-out charge within 30 miles from our office
Block Buy IT Support
The block buy service allows non-contract customer to purchase IT support hours in blocks of 10 or more at a reduced rate. The block of hours purchased is paid for up-front, as hours are used they are deduced from the allocation.
Block Buy customers are given priority over ‘pay-as-you-go’ customers and also benefit from a reduced rate of per hour during normal office hours.
