A few important things to know:
Your Direct Debit will clear the balance on your account at the end of the month
Direct Debits are different from Standing Orders, the amount we collect can vary based on your account balance, similar to how you pay your mobile phone bill.
Payments are taken automatically towards the end of each month for invoices older than 10 days.
If you spot an issue with an invoice, let us know as soon as possible, we’ll look into it and refund any amount taken in error.
If you need to cancel your Direct Debit or request a refund, please contact us directly and we’ll take care of it. Cancelling through your bank will result in a £25 + VAT fee, due to charges from the Direct Debit provider.
