As 2025 draws to a close, we recently took the opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate the people who make Smart IT Group what it is.
Our annual Company Awards evening brought the whole team together to recognise outstanding achievements across the business — from exceptional customer service and technical excellence to strong commercial performance and teamwork.
Throughout the year, our teams have continued to raise the bar. Whether supporting customers through complex challenges, building trusted long-term relationships, or driving new growth across our key sectors, the standard of work delivered has been exceptional. It’s a reflection not only of individual talent, but of a culture built around accountability, collaboration and pride in what we do.
The awards themselves recognised a range of contributions, highlighting colleagues who consistently go above and beyond for our customers and for each other. Seeing our Managing Director present these awards was a reminder of how closely leadership remains connected to the day-to-day efforts that drive our success. Categories included:

Beyond the trophies and certificates, the evening was also about celebrating together — strengthening relationships across teams and recognising the collective effort behind another successful year.
