Throughout his apprenticeship Peter’s role within the business was 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer. Peter’s day-to-day role consists of taking calls from customers and resolving customer support tickets which can range from any sector of IT and telecoms.

With Smart IT’s support I have progressed my technical knowledge of many different IT sectors from PC based support to Telecoms. My helpdesk role helped me to build confidence with customer service while also improving my technical knowledge.”
