decided to go with these for a new hosted telephone system.
On the initial call with the provisioning team the configuration was discussed, and a user guide was
sent across. The system was configured very quick and efficiently with the level on training given on
the admin portal and a detailed guide was sent on how to use the mobile apps.

Our new system is now installed. Smart IT were very good at working around us during the
installation and their engineers have been very helpful with educating staff and remediating any
teething problems

Our business is 90% reliant upon a fully integrated IT network to enable production of reports, run design software, and plot AudoCAD based drawings.  The IT network can also be accessed through a VPN link allowing employees to work remotely, either from home or when on site.

Back in October, just as the UK entered the second lockdown, Age UK Mid Mersey found themselves in the unfortunate circumstances where their telephone supplier were unable to carry on operating their telephone system. Leaving them with only mobile phones and a temporary telephone line to rely on.
Smart IT stepped in and managed to deploy their cloud telephone system “Smart Connect” to all staff, again using existing equipment. More importantly the entire new telephone system was installed remotely with no need for engineers to visit sites at all.

We have used SmartIT a number of times over the past couple of years for troubleshooting where our in-house expertise is unable to find a solution and all occasions they have successfully and quickly resolved the problem. Smart IT have produced 2 separate websites for both of our businesses. From the initial consultation through to the final product and support thereafter, I could not recommend them highly enough.
