Smart IT are invaluable to the support of elderly clients within the city of Sunderland. Due to current pandemic our services are critical in reaching those isolated during Covid.

Due to not being able to support them face to face, IT has been an essential and important part of our contact with elderly clients. Without Smart IT many of our clients would have been left alone and vulnerable.

Smart IT has provided support to our company for several years. During this time they have installed a bespoke software system which has enhanced our working environment and enabled our staff to be more professional and proficient.

The system has been part of our successful ISO 9001-2 application and has been favourably commented on by successful external audits.

We have engaged the company to continue providing support for this financial year and I fully expect the contract to be renewed for the next financial year.

Patterson Signs are a sign manufacturing company based in Swalwell, Gateshead.  We have an IT infrastructure which includes 24 computer workstations, a Microsoft Small Business Server, various plotters and sign printers, and also a recently installed IP based camera system.

We have used SmartIT a number of times over the past couple of years for troubleshooting where our in-house expertise is unable to find a solution and all occasions they have successfully and quickly resolved the problem. Smart IT have provided excellent IT support to us for a number of years. The technicians are always very professional and quick to respond to any problems and will endeavour to solve them on the same day.

We had an issue with a server which ground our business to a halt, I spoke to SmartIT on Tuesday afternoon and they quickly attended site. We arranged delivery of a new server, and the install and set-up was completed in 2 days at a cost which was cheaper than previously quoted. 1st class service from sales manager, technicians and support. All data transferred and workstations setup with minimum disruption. Since install a few teething issues have arisen, but these issues have been quickly resolved again with minimum disruption.
