Our business is 90% reliant upon a fully integrated IT network to enable production of reports, run design software, and plot AudoCAD based drawings.  The IT network can also be accessed through a VPN link allowing employees to work remotely, either from home or when on site.

Smart IT has played an essential role in expanding the network, giving much needed advice on hardware solutions, security, and back-up facilities, etc.  and all explained in a manner which we understand.  They have always delivered a prompt and efficient service, tailored to suit our needs, at a time convenient to us.

We wanted to move to a technology, that would give the surgeries unlimited lines, with the ability to manage busy times throughout the day by putting more staff to bring the call level down. It was important that we could advise our patients and keep them informed throughout the call.

Smart IT have extensive experience working with GP Practices, Darryl had a clear understanding of our challenges and made some excellent recommendations. I knew from our first meeting that they would become our preferred partners.

We now have the reporting functionality to understand our patients call journeys, ascertaining where our calls are going and how we can most efficiently deal with them. The comprehensive reporting allows me to make informed decisions on both the allocation of resources and call queues.

Had a simple problem regarding passwords and new phones linking to email accounts. Within 5 minutes of reporting via email I had a call back and password reset and guidance on the process I needed to complete.

All worked as advised and was good to get a follow up call later that afternoon to ensure it was all in place. Excellent service

I can confirm that we have worked with Smart IT and Shaun for  several years now. Through them we lease our main printer/copier/scanner/fax and we also lease our telephone system through them and they provide the maintenance for the telephones.

This year we have upgraded our telephone system to something more 21^st Century. We invited 3 providers to review our needs and put together a proposal. At the end of this we appointed Smart IT.

The decision was not  influenced by staying with who we knew; we were quite prepared to use a different supplier but as we went through the process it became increasingly apparent that Smart IT were trying to build something which best met our needs and that they were willing to be flexible to achieve this.

Our new system is now installed. Smart IT were very good at working around us during the installation and their engineers have been very helpful with educating staff and remediating any teething problems.

Ultimately I do think with Smart IT you get a local, personal service from a team of people who are keen to support their clients and who work in a professional manner to deliver bespoke business solutions.
