Microsoft Power Platform
Turn Microsoft 365 into a platform for your business processes
If your business already uses Microsoft 365, you probably own far more automation and reporting capability than you realise.
Microsoft Power Platform brings together Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Studio. Together they let you automate processes, build business apps and see live data, all inside the Microsoft environment your team already signs in to every day.
As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we design, build and support Power Platform solutions that replace spreadsheets, paper forms and manual processes with something faster, more reliable and easier to manage.

The Power Platform tools we work with
Each tool solves a different problem, and they work best together. We help you choose the right mix for your business.
Power Automate
Automated workflows that move data, send notifications and handle approvals across Microsoft 365 and hundreds of other systems. Desktop flows can even automate older software that has no API.
Power Apps
Business apps for inspections, bookings, timesheets, stock checks and site visits, built quickly and used on any device.
Power BI
Live dashboards and reports that bring data from your accounts, CRM, service desk and spreadsheets together in one clear view.
Copilot Studio
AI assistants and agents that answer questions from staff or customers using your own policies, documents and data.
Dataverse and SharePoint
Secure places to store the data behind your apps and workflows, with permissions managed through Microsoft 365.
Microsoft Teams
Apps, approvals and alerts delivered inside Teams, where your people already spend their day.

Reporting & business intelligence with Power BI
In many businesses, reporting means someone spending hours exporting data from different systems, pasting it into a spreadsheet and sending it round. By the time it arrives, the numbers are already out of date.
We build Power BI dashboards that connect directly to your systems and refresh automatically. Sales, finance, operations and service figures are always current, and each person sees the information that’s relevant to their role.
- Sales and pipeline tracked live against target
- Cash flow, debtors and margins from your accounts package
- Jobs, stock and productivity by team or site
- Service desk volumes, response times and satisfaction
- Scheduled reports emailed out automatically
- Dashboards on desktop, tablet and phone
AI across the Power Platform
Microsoft is building AI into every part of the Power Platform. We help you use it safely and productively.
AI in Power Automate
Workflows that read emails and documents, extract information and make simple decisions, using AI Builder and Copilot.
Copilot Studio agents
Assistants that answer staff and customer questions from your own information, and can take actions such as logging a request.
AI in Power BI
Ask questions about your data in plain English and get instant charts, summaries and insights.
Governance, security and licensing
Power Platform makes it easy for anyone to build apps and workflows. Without the right controls, that can create risk, so we make sure it’s set up properly from the start.
Environments and data policies
Separate environments for testing and live use, with data loss prevention policies that control which systems can share data.
Security and permissions
Apps and flows secured with the same Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions your business already uses.
Licensing advice
Clear advice on which features are included in your Microsoft 365 licences and when premium licences are needed, so there are no surprises.
Supporting your own builders
Guidance, standards and training for staff who want to build their own apps and flows, with us on hand when they need help.

Microsoft Power Platform FAQs
What is Microsoft Power Platform?
Power Platform is Microsoft’s set of low-code tools: Power Automate for workflows, Power Apps for business apps, Power BI for reporting and Copilot Studio for AI assistants.
Is Power Platform included in Microsoft 365?
Many Microsoft 365 business plans include standard Power Automate and Power Apps features. Premium connectors, Power BI Pro and some AI features need extra licences, and we’ll advise on exactly what you need.
What’s the difference between Power Automate and Power Apps?
Power Automate runs processes in the background, such as moving data or sending approvals. Power Apps gives people a screen to enter or view information, such as an inspection form or a booking app.
Can Power BI connect to our accounts package?
Usually, yes. Power BI connects to most accounts packages, CRMs, databases, SharePoint and Excel, either directly or through a scheduled data feed.
Can our own staff build apps and flows?
Yes. With the right governance in place, we can train and support your team to build their own, while we handle the more complex work.
How long does a Power Platform project take?
Simple workflows and dashboards can be live within days. Larger apps are typically delivered in stages over a few weeks.
Do you support solutions built by someone else?
Yes. We can review, support and improve Power Platform solutions built by your own team or another provider.
Is Power Platform secure?
Yes. It runs inside Microsoft’s cloud with your existing Microsoft 365 security, and we add data policies and permissions to keep it under control.
