How Air Design Systems Moved Into a Fully Rewired Office With Minimal Downtime

ADS had renovated a new building on the Team Valley, but it wasn't ready for the company's IT. Existing cabling was poor quality, some areas had none at all, and loose wires around the building were both a safety hazard and unprofessional for visiting clients.

ADS had suffered major downtime during a previous office move, so getting this one right was a priority.

Wiring the building properly and looking smart was a priority for the new site. The existing wiring looked unprofessional draped down in corners of the room so I desperately wanted that organising efficiently.

Our Account Manager, David, surveyed the new building to understand exactly what was in place, then took on the full project:

• Installed a new line into the building
• Rewired the premises, with trunking throughout to keep cabling neat and safe
• Moved and set up the existing server in the new building
• Kept an engineer on site on move day to deal with any issues straight away
