TG Systems
We were approached by TG Systems back in 2011 as they were looking to work with an IT provider with an excellent reputation based in the North East of England to perform work on their behalf. They asked us to complete work that they required at a couple of branches, unknown to us this was a trial. The trial proved that we were reliable, efficient, responsive and professional, so we became one of their North East IT providers.
Since 2011 Smart IT have now become TG systems preferred North East provider for everything IT, this has extended to services not offered by Smart IT. TG systems were so impressed by Smart IT that they sent their engineers to train Smart IT engineers to carry out services not normally offered by Smart IT, on TG systems behalf.
Smart IT have carried out work on behalf of TG Systems for a large number of North East retail outlets including Marks and Spencer’s, WH Smith and Debenhams. The work carried out by Smart IT Engineers was performed to an exceptional standard and received excellent feedback reports from all TG systems customers. The efficiency and responsiveness of Smart IT is vitalto TG System’s needs, from TG Systems calling up to raise a ticket with our support team,an engineer attending site,to the work being completed and a report sent back to TG Systems,is as efficient and reliable as it can get, TG systems know they can rely on Smart IT.
