Smart IT were delighted to be invited to support and attend the recent Age UK conference which took place in Birmingham. The conference was attended by representatives of Age UK from across the country and it was great to see their areas of focus and success.
We are proud to have been providing IT support to this fantastic charity within Sunderland for nearly 3 years and to their Scottish affiliate for the last 8 months. Smart IT was represented by David Wilson who is the account manager for both Age UK Scotland and Sunderland. David said “this was a great opportunity as the account manager to gain a further insight into the needs and aspirations of this important charity, attending the conference gave me the opportunity to get feedback on the services we provide but also importantly to understand how else we can support going forward”.
Whilst at the conference we received some brilliant feedback on the service we have delivered to both of these accounts, specifically the Chief Executive in Scotland praised us for being able to support their office move twice with no downtime through either process.
