Our Client Portal is a secure web site that gives you access to your company’s records in our database.
The level of access for each user is controlled by the security level assigned to them, allowing some users to view all company tickets and invoices, while others may only view their own tickets details.
The standard Client Portal lets you create tickets (a.k. a. “Service Requests”) and monitor tickets and projects. Depending on your security level, you can:
- Submit tickets directly into our ticketing system
- Monitor the progress of previously submitted tickets and projects and review our engineers notes and time entries
- Add notes and attachments of your own
- Run reports
- View invoices
If you are a company we bill for work done for another company (the “End Client”), you can review the work we did for the end client.
