Following the current government guidelines around COVID-19, we have put processes in place to ensure our sales, engineers, and administration personnel are able to operate safely from both the office and at home.
Our remote workers have access to all core systems meaning there should be no impact to our service delivery.
We do have some staff who are working from the Office, we have followed government guidance to make sure the workplace is safe for our staff and visitors.
Onsite service visits and other meetings will continue, although again following government guidance. All staff have been provided with PPE to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Should a strict lockdown be imposed, our core business systems including e-mail, helpdesk/backoffice and telecom systems are all resilient systems designed to be deployed and accessed from any remote location to facilitate continued service delivery.
