“Smart IT has supported us for a number of years now. We rely heavily on them for all our IT and
telecom needs. We were also looking for a new hosted phone system given that we knew Smart IT we
decided to go with these for a new hosted telephone system.
On the initial call with the provisioning team the configuration was discussed, and a user guide was
sent across. The system was configured very quick and efficiently with the level on training given on
the admin portal and a detailed guide was sent on how to use the mobile apps.
Our new system is now installed. Smart IT were very good at working around us during the
installation and their engineers have been very helpful with educating staff and remediating any
teething problems
Ultimately, I do think with Smart IT you get a local, personal service from a team of people who are
keen to support their clients and who work in a professional manner to deliver bespoke business

“I originally came across Smart Office through a cold call, the account manager was very professional
and listened to all of the requirements. Once the contract was signed with Smart Office the
provisioning team were very quick in contacting myself to make sure everything was correct on the
contract and all contact information was correct.
On the initial call with the provisioning team a site survey was booked in and the engineer who
conducted the survey was very professional and made sure they were thorough in gaining all the
information which they required for the system configuration. Throughout the project I was made aware of the different stage, this was presented to myself through a roll out plan with installation dates, new line installs dates.
Once the system had been installed the level of training was great, they also provided the school
with user guides on how the system works. All of the team from the sales team, to engineers and
provisioning team they have been courteous and very professional and anyone who is looking for a
new telephone system I would recommend Smart IT”

Fantastic service, immediately sorted out the issue, Friendly fast and efficient -The engineer responded very quickly to the problem, he kept me informed what was happening and worked until the problem was sorted.
I know that no matter how big or small the problem, I know the response will always be professional and they always get the job done.
